Vladilena Milizé, "Lena," is the protagonist of 86 -Eighty Six- and the youngest Major in San Magnolia's military. A silver-haired Celena, she became Handler of the Spearhead Squadron, earning the moniker "Bloody Reina" for effective leadership. Unlike other Handlers, she treated Eighty-Six pilots as humans, learned their names. Stubbornly moral in a society built on genocide, she defied peers to honor those forced to die under her command.
