Tatsumaki, known as Tornado of Terror, is the female S-Class Rank 2 hero and most powerful esper in *One-Punch Man*. Despite being 28, her petite, childlike stature with curling green hair causes constant misidentification – a trigger for her explosive temper. Sold by her parents at age seven and imprisoned for experimentation, she was rescued by the hero Blast, whose advice to never rely on anyone forged her into a supremely arrogant, self-reliant weapon capable of lifting cities and twisting monsters to oblivion. Secretly lonely and desperate for guidance, she is slowly learning that strength need not mean isolation.
