Milan Kestrel (ミラン・ケストレル) is a male Japanese VTuber affiliated with NIJISANJI, debuting on November 24, 2023 as part of the unit Mitarashi-dan. Designed by Kurono Yuu, his lore presents him as a reclusive chronomancer living in a suspicious atelier, devoted to magic research while constantly wandering into unrelated academic fields. Standing 178 cm with icy grey-blue hair and orange eyes, he is a self-professed audiophile with a dry sense of humor. He is close friends with Kaisei (duo "Mabudabuchi") and part of multiple units including Murasaki Dan.
