Kasukabe Tsumugi is a female Japanese virtual singer and vocal synthesizer character developed by the KasukabeTsumugi Project. An 18-year-old gyaru girl from Saitama Prefecture, she debuted on VOICEVOX in 2021 and later received VOCALOID β-STUDIO and VOCALOID6 AI voicebanks – becoming the first VOICEVOX vocal to achieve a full VOCALOID release. Voiced and illustrated by Virtual YouTuber Kasukabe Tsukushi, her "cousin," Tsumugi has messy platinum blond hair, a scruffy school uniform covered in pins and band-aids, and a cheerful, bright voice. Outwardly pampered but genuinely serious, she is one of VOICEVOX's most beloved characters.
