A sadistic shapeshifter with a warped concept of love, she believes all adoration in the world belongs to her and views people as disposable bags of meat. Her Authority grants total control over flesh – transforming herself and others at will, regenerating from fatal wounds, and cursing victims with Dragon's Blood. The vilest of the Archbishops, she speaks with sweet-toned vulgarity between fits of manic laughter while psychologically torturing enemies by taking the forms of those they love.
